Treatments tailored to each person

At Fisiobos, a physiotherapy, osteopathy and massage therapy clinic in Barcelona’s Eixample, we understand that every person and every injury requires a different approach and solution.

That’s why we combine different physiotherapy, osteopathy and manual therapy (massage) techniques with advanced INDIBA® technology to offer personalised treatments aimed at relieving pain, restoring mobility and improving quality of life in a lasting way.

Some of the techniques we use are:

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Treatment of muscle, joint, tendon and ligament injuries. It helps reduce pain, restore mobility and return safely to your daily activity.

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

A personalised programme following surgery. Designed to restore mobility, strength and function after knee, shoulder, hip or spine surgery, among others.

Geriatric Rehabilitation

Treatment adapted to older adults to improve mobility, balance, strength and independence, helping prevent falls and maintain quality of life.

Sports Physiotherapy

Prevention and treatment of sports injuries such as sprains, tendinitis, overuse injuries, muscle tears and knee injuries. The goal is to help you recover and improve your performance safely.

TMJ / Bruxism Physiotherapy

Specialised treatment for jaw pain, bruxism (teeth grinding), tension headaches and discomfort related to the jaw, neck and posture.

Pain Management

A personalised approach to acute or chronic pain, aimed at reducing symptoms, improving function and treating the origin of the problem.

Postural Re-education

Whole-body work to improve posture, reduce tension and correct compensations that can lead to pain or overload.

Manual Therapy

A set of hands-on techniques applied to muscles, joints and tissues to relieve pain, improve mobility and restore function.

Structural Osteopathy

Manual techniques aimed at improving the mobility of the spine, joints and tissues. Helpful for back pain, stiffness, joint restrictions and postural issues.

Cranial Osteopathy

A gentle manual treatment that works on the relationship between the skull, spine and nervous system. It can help with headaches, neck tension, stress, bruxism and functional disorders.

Visceral Osteopathy

Gentle manual techniques aimed at improving the mobility and function of the organs and related tissues. It can help with digestive discomfort, abdominal tension and lower back pain of functional origin.

Dry Needling

An invasive technique using a fine needle to treat myofascial trigger points, muscle knots and muscle pain. It helps relax the muscles and improve mobility.

Percutaneous Neuromodulation (PNM)

An advanced technique that uses needles and electrical current to stimulate nerves or muscles. Recommended for persistent pain, sports injuries, functional recovery and neuromuscular disorders.

Therapeutic Exercise

Personalised exercises to improve strength, mobility, motor control and stability. Key to consolidating recovery and preventing relapses.

Instrument-Assisted Myofascial Fibrolysis

A hook-based technique that breaks down adhesions, fibrosis and deep restrictions, improving mobility between tissues. Recommended for tendinopathies, scar tissue and sports injuries.

Kinesiology Taping

Application of kinesiology tape to help reduce pain, improve muscle function, promote drainage, activate mechanical receptors and provide support without limiting movement.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle, targeted massage that stimulates lymphatic circulation. Recommended for fluid retention, tired legs, swelling and post-surgical recovery.

Therapeutic Massage

A hands-on treatment of the muscles to relieve knots, reduce tension, improve circulation and promote physical and mental wellbeing.

Deep Tissue Massage

A more intense massage aimed at releasing muscle knots, relieving pain and improving mobility in the affected area.

Relaxing Massage

A gentle hands-on treatment to reduce stress, relax the muscles and promote an overall sense of wellbeing.

Sports Massage

A massage designed for active people and athletes. It helps release muscle tension, prevent injuries and improve recovery after exertion.

Circulatory Massage

A massage focused on stimulating blood circulation and relieving the feeling of tired, heavy legs.

INDIBA® Radiofrequency / Diathermy

An advanced technology that stimulates circulation, cellular metabolism and tissue regeneration. It helps reduce pain and inflammation and speeds up recovery.

Neurodynamics

Since the nervous system is one continuous, uninterrupted system, tension generated at one point can affect another, more distant point.

Myofascial Release

A gentle manual technique that works on the fascia (an uninterrupted three-dimensional network of tissue that surrounds and connects all the muscles, bones, organs and joints) to release restrictions, improve tissue mobility and reduce muscle tension.
