A gentle manual approach directed at the visceral tissues and their mobility. Can help with digestive discomfort, abdominal tension or lower back pain of functional origin.

Instrumental Techniques and Technology

Dry Needling

An invasive technique using a fine needle to treat myofascial trigger points and areas of muscle tension, aimed at reducing pain and improving mobility.

Percutaneous Neuromodulation

An invasive technique combining needles and electrical stimulation to act on the neuromuscular system. Used to modulate pain and support functional recovery.

Diacutaneous Fibrolysis

An instrument-based technique using specific hooks to work through the different layers of soft tissue, improving tissue glide and reducing restrictions. Recommended for tendinopathies, scarring and overload.

Neuromuscular Taping

Application of an adhesive elastic tape used to activate mechanoreceptors, providing support and promoting drainage without restricting mobility.

INDIBA®

Radiofrequency technology that promotes local circulation, reduces pain and supports tissue recovery by stimulating cell metabolism.

FAQs

Have any questions?

Here we answer the most common questions about our treatments, sessions and way of working.

Most patients don't need to bring anything special. However, if you have any diagnostic tests (X-rays, MRI scans, blood tests or medical reports), it's a good idea to bring them. The more we know about your case, the easier it will be to make an accurate assessment and start solving your problem as soon as possible.

It's also a good idea to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and makes the examination and treatment easier.

Every person and every injury is different. Some patients improve within a few sessions, while others need longer-term follow-up.

We usually start with weekly or fortnightly sessions and space them out as you progress. After the initial assessment, we'll give you personalised guidance on your treatment and the recommended frequency.

The aim of treatment is not to cause pain, but to help relieve it. Most techniques are well tolerated, although some may feel slightly uncomfortable when treating particularly sensitive or tense areas.

After the session you may notice mild tiredness or muscle soreness. This discomfort is usually temporary, and most patients feel a sense of relief, lightness and overall wellbeing.

No. We're committed to high-quality, one-to-one care without time pressure. However, some insurance companies allow their members to claim partial reimbursement for physiotherapy sessions received at non-affiliated clinics. Check with your insurance provider if in doubt.

We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can reorganise the schedule and offer that slot to someone else. In that case, your appointment can be rescheduled at no cost.

If you miss your appointment without giving us enough notice, no one else can be seen during that time slot, so a charge of 25% of the session fee will apply, payable at your next visit or when making a new booking.
